Budget Years 2021-2024

On March 11, 2021, President Biden signed the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act into law, an unprecedented $1.9 trillion package of emergency assistance measures. The American Rescue Plan’s Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ARP ESSER) provides funding to school districts supporting various strategies such as: returning students to classroom instruction, safely opening and continuing to operate schools, and purchasing instructional materials and technology to lessen disruptions in learning and close achievement gaps.
